A Question For Me?

A Revival of Some Sorts

Honestly, I really don't know where to begin as it has been almost 4 months since I last blogged. Then, thanks to some whimsical impulse, I decided to check my blog tonight.

I was quite surprised to see that my page views had gone up significantly even though I hadn't blogged in a long time. And I was even more shocked when I noticed that some people even commented on my chat box! A thousand apologies for not seeing and replying to all of your comments.

Okay, so since I have been inactive since August, I will try to give an update about my life so far. I'll try to make it brief.

1. End of PMR!

Of course, there were loads of celebrations after an exam which took 3 years of studying! However, amidst our happiness, we were sad too as a dear friend, Erin left for Singapore, the land of kiasu-ness to further her studies under the ASEAN Scholarship. Erin, I miss you like crazy, but I know that you're definitely having a lot of fun indulging in ice-creams there!

2. The baking of our first successful cake under the tutelage of THE Domestic Goddess

I proudly present to you the metamorphosis of the domestic wreckers into the not-so-domestic goddesses! This was one of the funnest ERT classes ever and Sher Maine was so relieved that we didn't burn her house down! Oh, and the cake was a early 1 month early! birthday gift for a close friend of ours, Zuhad Zubir.

3. Shooting 'Of Roti Bakar & French Toast' in Sandy Bay Paradise

Our second short film not that short after all, come to think of it which was shot on the weekend immediately after PMR. This time, we had 2 guys joining us, thus relieving Jake oops! I meant Sher Maine, the immense pressure, more like fun!, of acting as a guy!

4. FAME UP!

A musical in conjunction with St. George's Girls' School 125th Anniversary. Now I know that while some of you have seen the synopsis/summary of the musical a million times in blogs/facebook, here it is again, for the benefit of those who have been living under a rock all this time.

Princess Violetta Rose has always been overshadowed by her more outgoing sister and longs to escape from the palace to pursue her passion - dance. Discovering FAME, a school of performing arts is a dream come true! In a desperate attempt to follow her dreams, she enrolls in FAME. She is swept into a whirlwind of new experiences - along with them, the first whispers of romance. Enter Scarletina Harloch - the past glory of FAME who is willing to do anything to get Princess Violetta out of the picture. Torn between two drastically different worlds, the Princess has to choose only one. Fast. But just for how long can she keep her secret - a secret?

PS: I'm one of the directors!

5. Holiday in Taiwan!
